Consider applying for automatic payment and take the hassle out of paying your energy bill. Just complete the automatic payment application form, pop it in the post and we do the rest.

Pay you energy bill securely over the Internet with a credit card through POSTBillPay. Bankcard, Mastercard and VISA only.

Pay Now: Have your bill ready and click here to pay using your credit card.

You can also pay online by:
1. Registering at POSTBillPay.com.au to pay using your bank account or credit card.
2. Registering for BPay online by visiting your bank's website. Our biller code is 999854.

Smooth
Payment Plan

(Residential
Customers only)


Apply for a Smooth Payment Plan and an agreed amount will be deducted automatically from your nominated credit card, bank, credit union or building society account every fortnight or month.

Just print out a smooth payment plan application form and call EnergyAustralia on 13 88 08 with a copy of your highest gas and/or electricity bills in the last 12 months on hand.

Arrange to pay your bill by direct debit from your bank/building society or credit union account. Simply print and fill-out an automatic payment application form and mail it to us.

You can also set up an automatic payment from your credit card account. Just complete an automatic payment application form and mail it back to us.

Pay your bill 24 hours-a-day over the phone using the PostBillPay automated service. MasterCard or VISA only. Up to $2000 per transaction. Call 13 18 16.

Pay your bill using cash, cheque or eftpos at any Australia Post shop nationwide.

If you would like to make payments in advance towards your gas and/or electricity bill call EnergyAustralia on 13 88 08 to request a payment card.

Or you can use your savings or cheque account to pay by phone on 13 18 16. Our billpay code in Victoria is 2013.

Contact your bank, credit union or building society to make a payment from your savings or cheque account. You can also register for BPay online by visiting your bank's website. Our biller code in Victoria is 999854.

Concessions

If you hold a Health Care Card, Health Benefits Card, or a Pensioner Concession Card or a Veterans' Affairs Gold Card you may be eligible for a concession. There are other types of concessions such as the Winter Energy Concession, Utility Grant Relief Scheme or Service to Property Concession that the Department of Human Services may grant to you if you are eligible. For more information on these concession or others that may be available please contact us on 13 88 08 or the State Concessions Unit within the Department of Human Services on 1800 658 521.
