Pay Now: Have your bill ready and click here to pay using your credit card. You can also pay online by: 1. Registering at POSTBillPay.com.au to pay using your bank account or credit card. 2. 	dasdasdsadsd Smooth Payment Plan (Residential Customers only)	Apply for a Smooth Payment Plan and an agreed amount will be deducted automatically from your nominated credit card, bank, credit union or building society account every fortnight or month. Just print out a smooth payment plan application form and call EnergyAustralia on 13 88 08 with a copy of your highest gas and/or electricity bills in the last 12 months on hand.
	Direct Debit from cheque or savings account ..	Arrange to pay your bill by direct debit from your bank/building society or credit union account. Simply print and fill-out an automatic payment application form and mail it to us. For more information call 13 88 08 ..
	.. Automatic payment from credit card account ..	You can also set up an automatic payment from your credit card account. Just complete an automatic payment application form and mail it back to us. For more information call 13 88 08 ..
	Credit Card by phone ..	. Pay your bill 24 hours-a-day over the phone using the PostBillPay automated service. MasterCard or VISA only. Up to $2000 per transaction. Call 13 18 16.
	Australia Post In person, by phone or online. ..	Pay your bill using cash, cheque or eftpos at any Australia Post shop nationwide. If you would like to make payments in advance towards your gas and/or electricity bill call EnergyAustralia on 13 88 08 to request a payment card. Or you can use your savings or cheque account to pay by phone on 13 18 16. Our billpay code in Victoria is 2013. ..

	. Concessions . If you hold a Health Care Card, Health Benefits Card, or a Pensioner Concession Card or a Veterans' Affairs Gold Card you may be eligible for a concession. There are other types of concessions such as the Winter Energy Concession, Utility Grant Relief Scheme or Service to Property Concession that the Department of Human Services may grant to you if you are eligible.
